Who knew that I had it in me to make babyfood for the little Mister. After much thought and reading (I read too much by the way~)I decided I wanted Scotty to get the "best" start when it comes to healthy food. So I decided I'd take on the task of making his food. He'd already been eating organic bananas and avocados along with his Gerber cereal and I knew it was time for him to start eating more varitety. So I found a book that I thought would be the easiest for me to follow and got busy.
Thanks to that book, my Kitchen Aid food processer, and the Sunflower Markets organic produce section I was able to make my first batches of butternut squash, and sweet potatoes. It was a lot easier (and tastier) then I thought it would be. Next will be peas, applesauce and brown rice.
